We are a zaisu floor chair manufacturer that was founded in 1963.Our specialty is integrated manufacturing domestically in Japan. We handle it all here domestically in Japan, including everything from parts production to manufacturing and shipping. We can also shorten the lead time for mass-produced product manufacturing and new product development, as well as take urgent orders from customers.We continue to pursue the "ideal sitting posture," and we took part in a joint research initiative with a famous Japanese technical university to improve our products through metrics and verification of customer data acquired from research trials. Our products are inspected by a third-party public institution. Our company was an initial committee member when these SG certification standards and standardized verification methods were established, so it is no exaggeration to say that our company's history is synonymous with the history of the zaisu floor seat.We have also been steadily working on designs and new techniques, resulting in us being awarded the "GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2017," and obtaining two patents (No. 5886157 and No. 5856458).Also, we are working to improve the quality of our products in relation to their environmental impact. Typically with zaisu floor chair manufacturing, organic solvents are used in many cases to bond iron and urethane, and although these organic solvents are not legally prohibited, they contain substances that are suspected carcinogens. Here at our company, we have devised manufacturing methods to bond iron and urethane without the use of organic solvents. From April of this year onward, we have used no organic solvents whatsoever, so we can proudly state that our products are top-quality in every sense of the term.
